1. Information We Collect

When you register or place an order, we collect: your name, email address, and billing information. We do not collect credit card numbers — payments are processed via cryptocurrency and handled externally.

We automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostic purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provision and manage your services, send invoices and service notifications, respond to support requests, and improve our platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in delivering our platform:

  • WHMCS — billing and client management
  • Hetzner Cloud — server infrastructure
  • Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and edge computing
  • NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your service and for up to 12 months after termination for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS. Authentication tokens are stored as httpOnly cookies and are never exposed to client-side JavaScript. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the support page. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (`sr_token`) to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact
